AttendeeX (operating under Promote Global LLC)

By downloading, installing, or using the AttendeeX mobile application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
AttendeeX is operated by Promote Global LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”).
AttendeeX is a trade show contact capture and intelligence platform that helps exhibitors and event professionals capture, organize, enrich, and follow up with contacts met at events.
AttendeeX offers Free, Solo, and Team tiers as per-event in-app purchases. Tier details and pricing are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Enterprise customers may purchase licenses under a separate Enterprise Agreement.
All App Store purchases are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information. Refund requests should be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
AttendeeX does not charge recurring subscription fees. Each purchase is a one-time per-event payment.
If you delete a paid event, your event credit is returned and can be applied to a new event. Enrichment usage from the deleted event is not reset — credits track cumulative usage across all events tied to the same purchase.
EU Data Residency is an optional per-event add-on that routes all AI processing through infrastructure located within the European Union. It is purchased separately from event tiers.
You agree to use AttendeeX only for lawful business purposes. You will not:
AttendeeX uses OCR and AI to assist with data capture. These technologies are not infallible. You should review and verify contact information before relying on it.
When you capture someone's contact information, you are the data controller under GDPR and equivalent regulations. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for collecting the data and complying with applicable data protection regulations.
AttendeeX provides tools (export, deletion) to help you fulfill these obligations but does not assume data controller responsibilities for contacts you capture.
The AttendeeX App, including its design, code, brand assets, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Promote Global LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
You retain full ownership of all data you create or capture in AttendeeX. We claim no ownership of your contacts, notes, recordings, or any other content.
AI-generated content (follow-up plans, reports, suggestions) is created for your use. You may use this content freely for your business purposes.
AttendeeX integrates with third-party services for enrichment, AI, and CRM functionality. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective provider's terms. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.
Core features — contact capture, notes, voice recording, team sync, and export — work without an internet connection. Enrichment, AI, and CRM features require internet.
We strive to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Core App functionality operates independently of our servers.
Enrichment data is sourced from third-party providers and publicly available information. AI-generated content is provided as assistance, not professional advice. You should review all outputs before acting on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promote Global LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
If you create a Team event, you are responsible for managing access and ensuring team members comply with these Terms. If you join a Team event, contacts you capture are shared with the team.
You may stop using AttendeeX at any time by deleting the App. We reserve the right to suspend access to our API services if you violate these Terms. Termination of API access does not affect offline functionality.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.
For users in the European Union: nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at attendeex.com/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
