How do I create my first event?

What happens to my credits if I delete an event?

No. Your event credit is automatically returned when you delete an event. Create a new event and your credit will be available.

How do I restore my purchases after reinstalling?

Why didn't enrichment find any data?

Enrichment works best with a business email address. Personal emails (Gmail, Yahoo) return limited results. Small companies or individuals with limited online presence may not have enrichment data available.

Yes. Export to CSV from the Debrief tab or Settings. You can also push contacts directly to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho.

Close and reopen the app. If scanning is slow, ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device.

Enrichment or AI features aren't working.

Check your internet connection. These features require online access. If connected, try again in a few minutes — the service may be temporarily unavailable.

I was charged but my event wasn't created.

Open the app and check Settings → "Restore Purchases." If the issue persists, contact support@attendeex.com with your Apple receipt email.
